DERIVATIVES OF CEPHALOSPORINES AND METHOD FOR THEIR PREPARATION

These derivatives find application as agents for controlling the spread of bacterial infections in human and veterinary medicine. They are obtained from easily procurable raw materials by a reduced number of synthesis operations. The products have the following general formula:<IMAGE>where R means H or CH3 and A is H, OCOCH3 or<IMAGE>and are obtained by means of N-acylation of substituted, respectively, at the meanings of A, 7-amino-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid, with a mixed anhydride obtained from a substituted, respectively, at the meanings of R, pyrolcarboxylic acid and alkyl chloroformate.
