METAL COMPLEXES OF WARFARIN SODIUM, METHOD FOR THEIR PREPARATION AND APPLICATION AS RODENTICIDES
摘要
Metallic complexes of Varfarine sodium find application as rodenticides. The cadmium complex of Varfarine sodium has a much higher acute toxicity compared to that of the reference rodenticide Varfarine. These complexes have the following general formula<IMAGE>where L is<IMAGE>where M means metallic ion - copper, zinc, cadmium; X is halogen; x, y, n is a whole number between 1 and 3. They are obtained by mixing equimolar ethanol aqueous solutions Varfarine sodium with corresponding metal salt while stirring the reaction mixture at 15-25 degrees C until the reaction is complete.
