PURPOSE:To provide magnetic toner in which density is uniform and small and by which a toner handling property is excellent and an agitating property in a developing unit becomes excellent and toner-scattered development is not caused and an excellent image can be obtained. CONSTITUTION:In electrostatic image developing magnetic toner containing at least binding resin and a magnetic substance, the magnetic substance is an organic magnetic substance obtained by carrying out a heat treatment on a phthalocyanine compound. The electrostatic image developing magnetic color toner being the organic magnetic substance obtained by carrying out the heat treatment on the phthalocyanine compound or mixture of the organic magnetic substance and an inorganic magnetic substance is provided. |
