PURPOSE:To provide an integrated solar battery device, having the optical confinement effect, on which a laser processing method can be conducted. CONSTITUTION:The title integrated solar battery device is composed of first electrodes 71, 72 and 73 which are dividedly arranged on each of a plurality of regions of a substrate 1, insulative members 41 and 42 formed on one side in the vicinity of the adjacent spacing part of the first electrode, a semiconductor layer 5 including a photo active layer, the second electrodes 21, 22 and 23 formed on the semiconductor layer 5, a metal welded part with which the first electrode, positioned between the insulating member and the adjacent spacing part, and the second electrodes are connected. Also, recesses and protrusions, having high-and-low difference of 10nm to 10mm, are formed on the surface of the substrate 1 excluding the region corresponding to the metal welded part where the first electrodes 72 and 73 and the second electrodes 22 will be connected. |
