<p>PURPOSE:To execute all the distribution of materials at hand, the display of the materials for explanation, and the preparation of the minutes or the transcripts of lectures, etc., in a conference and a lecture, through the combination of a large-sized electronic board, a master personal computer, and plural slave personal computers. CONSTITUTION:The file of the master personal computer 1 is displayed clearly in a bright room by displaying the materials simultaneously on plural large-sized electronic boards 4 through a distributor. Next, the file of the master personal computer 1 is rewritten forcedly into the files of plural slave personal computers by mounting communication software contrary to what is called commercial personal communication in a master and a slave. Thus, everybody comes to have the first materials and the minutes and the transcripts to have been bought by him lastly, and paper materials need not be distributed.</p> |
