<p>PURPOSE:To provide the multiwindow system which eliminates the need to extend a memory control part even when a dual-port RAM is extended. CONSTITUTION:The memory control part 104 generates and outputs an SAS signal for the maximum number of display dots of a display screen to respective dual-port RAMs in common, and address control parts 101A, 102A, and 103A output Y=Yo-(Yd-Ym) (Y-Yo=Y when Y>Yo) and X=Xo-(Xd-Xm) (X-Xo=X when X>Xo) as the head address (X,Y) of transfer addresses for display when the maximum address of the dual-port RAMs is (Xo,Yo), a display start position address on the dual-port RAM is (Xm,Ym), a display start position address on the display screen is (xa,ya).</p> |
