<p>PURPOSE:To automate the production of simulation model and to prevent the occurrence of a line pause state by producing the simulation model based on a simulation lot data base which is updated by the detailed information on each coil and then performing the simulation of the physical distribution control. CONSTITUTION:The schedule information on each process is produced (S104) based n the lot setting/changing screen (S103), and a simulation lot data base is produced (S107) based on the detailed information on each coil (S101). Then a simulation model is automatically produced based on the simulation lot data base and the in-process information on a storage space (S102). Then the simulation is carried out for each subject based on the simulation model in regard to the transition of the storage space and the process working state (S109).</p> |
