PURPOSE:To obtain the image forming device in which picture density unevenness in the subscanning direction is avoided. CONSTITUTION:A prescribed pattern picture is formed on a transfer belt 1 around the transfer belt based on an output signal of an HP sensor 44 detecting the initial position of the transfer belt 1. A CCD sensor 10 provided to at least two positions in a direction orthogonal to the carrying direction of the transfer belt 1 reads the pattern picture formed in each prescribed timing. A laser driver 38 controls a laser beam intensity based on picture correction data in the main scanning direction and the subscanning direction obtained through the read picture pattern data through the calculation by a printer controller section 16. |
