PURPOSE:To provide toner whose coloring agent is dispersed uniformly in particles without using a dispersion stabilizer by using cation type self-moisture dispersible resin as binder resin for the positively chargeable capsule type toner. CONSTITUTION:Positively chargeable capsule type toner is composed of cation type self-moisture dispersibe resin and a coloring agent. To put it concretely, it means various kinds of positively chargeable capsule type toners which have, for example, a tertiary amino group and are represented respectively by vinyl type resin, polyester type resin and/or urethane resin. The cation type self- moisture dispersible resin indicates the one that for example, the tertiary amino group is introduced into the resin as a hydrophilic group, and a cation type group such as the tertiary amino group is also neutralized by organic acid or inorganic acid, and becomes cation and reveals a hydrophilic property in a hydrophilous body, and comes to have dispersibility capable of self-dispersion to a level of an average particle diameter equal to or smaller than 0.1 micron (mum). |
