PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic core material having high electric resistance while having small coercive force and having excellent soft magnetic characteristics having high permeability and particularly large abrasion resistance. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic core material, which has 5-15% Zr, either one kind or two kinds or more of each 4-15% B, Be, Al, Si, Ge and Sn (where B<7%) and either one kind or two kinds or more of each 5-16% Cr, Mo, W, V, Nb and Ta, in which the total content of said each element except Zr is brought to 20% or less and which has the electric resistance of 120-l45muOMEGAcm of an amorphous alloy, in which the remainder is composed of Co substantially, is used. |
