PURPOSE: To obtain a voltage generator system which improves disadvantage of conventional technology by eliminating an 'open loop' operational amplifier which has been needed for the conventional technology. CONSTITUTION: The voltage generator system has a power-down circuit 20 which operates in current control mode or voltage control mode and is connected to the operational amplifier 22 so as to power down the operational amplifier 22 when the mode is switched to the current control mode. |
