<p>PURPOSE:To lessen the metal fatigue of metallic patterns and the peeling from a film even if the flexible mask is repetitively used. CONSTITUTION:The transparent film of the flexible mask formed with the metallic patterns consisting of desired metallic films on a transparent film having flexibility consists of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and the metallic films are formed of at least one kind of metallic materials among gold, copper, chromium alloy and aluminum. Since the metallic films have the resilience as well, the metallic films are prevented from metal fatigue and peeling even if the metallic films are vigorously bent. The breakage of the metallic patterns is prevented and the longer life is obtd. even if the flexible mask is repetitively used.</p> |
