PURPOSE:To provide the dielectric filter which is miniaturized and has a high Q value. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric block main body 10 is formed by laminating and arranging a first - a fourth dielectric blocks 10a-10d. In prescribed positions on the upper face of a second - a fourth dielectric blocks 10b-10d, input/output terminal patterns 12, 12', 12'', 12, 12', and 12'', and resonator inner conductor patterns 13, 14, 15, 13', 14', 15', 13'', 14'' and 15'' are formed, and each pattern thereof is allowed to coincide with the vertical direction. Each pattern allowed to coincide vertically is coupled to each other by a through-hole 18. In this regard, in the periphery of the dielectric block main body 10, a ground layer 16 is formed. The patterns allowed to coincide vertically become virtually one piece of thick bar-like resonator inner conductor, its surface area is large and a resistance loss falls, and a Q value increases. Also, the coupling degree is improved by the through-hole 18, and the load capacity between the patterns falls. |
