PURPOSE:To facilitate the assembly of baffle plates and side plates by folding side plate parts and baffle plate parts, which are obtained by punching a flat plate so as to be connected to each other, in order. CONSTITUTION:A metal flat plate as the raw material of a baffle is punched to form a pair of side plate parts 1 and plural baffle plate parts 2, which respectively ride over a space between both the side plate parts 1, so that the lower edge of both side edges 3 of each baffle plate part 2 are continued to side edges 5 of the side plate part 1 opposite to each other through narrow width parts 4 continued to the lower edge of both the side edges of the baffle plate part 2. Next, the baffle plate parts 2 are stood by twisting the narrow width parts 4. Continuously, the side plate parts 1 are folded at the narrow width parts 4 so as to face to the side edges 3 of the stood baffle plate parts 2. Each lug part 6 is inserted to each hole 7. Finally, the inserted Jugs 6 are caulked by folding or the like to complete a baffle in a required shape. |
