PURPOSE:To decrease the dispersion in the characteristic for each terminal by decreasing an output delay time with respect to the input output of a signal from a data input output terminal of the semiconductor integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION:A same input output block 30 is used for a same kind of data input output terminal. Furthermore, two clock drivers 13, 14 of congruent form are arranged to relative ridge sides of a chip to decrease skew of an internal skew thereby arranging input output characteristics of each terminal. An output delay time from an external clock is reduced by using an input signal CLK2x of the clock drivers 13, 14 to control an output latch 34 and an output tri-state buffer 35 in the input output block 30. |
