A tool for removing an insert of an air valve for a vehicle tyre comprises a tube (1) for thread attachment to the air valve and a rod (2), which has a fork-shaped end (6) for engaging the valve insert, extends out of the tube at its opposite end and is axially and rotationally movable relative to the tube. The tube is provided with circumferential holes (8) and a sound dampening sleeve (9) over the holes. |
