<p>A vaccine formulation for the treatment or prophylaxis of hepatitis, especially hepatitis B, infections is provided comprising the hepatitis antigen and a suitable carrier such as alum in combination with 3-O-deacylated monophosphoryl lipid A. Combination vaccines including the vaccine formulation are also described.</p> |
