MANUFACTURE OF DISPLAY PANEL

摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of characteristic and the damage in long term stock of substrate structure, by forming predetermined pattern on the surface of substrate then temporalily forming a protective layer composed of a synthetic resin solvable in a solvent on its surface. CONSTITUTION:A discharging electrode of predetermined pattern composed of Cu layer applied on Cr layer is formed through thin film method on the surface of glass substrate. Then a protective layer composed of a synthetic resin solvable in a solvent such as acetylcellulose resin or cellulose acetoethylate resin is formed entirely on the glass substrate of said substrate structure. It is protected or transported under this state. Consequently the deterioration of characteristic and the damage during long term stock or transportation of the substrate structure can be prevented.
