摘要 The imaging system has a number of similar optical systems arranged around the optical axis in rotational symmetry, each having 2 input lenses (L1, L2) and an output lens (L3). The rear input lens (L2) is coupled to the output lens (L3) via an optical cable (B). The parallel incident light rays from an object at infinity are imaged onto a common focal point by the individual optical systems, which all have the same focal width (F3). Each joint input lens (L1) pref. provides an image of the object at the focus of the second input lens (L2) to provide a parallel image beam fed along the optical cable (B) to the output lens (L3). ADVANTAGE - Allows increased imaging system dia. for increased image resolution.
