This method is about the Modem Speed change in FAX systems, especially in domestic and international communication and provides a means to switch to and from domestic and international modes. The method checks transmissions, checks if transmission is domestic or international, sets the receiving speed to maximum if call is domestic, sets modem speed and line condition if call is international, sends documents after checking the area of call, thus controlling the modem speed according to the dialed phone number.
