The device housing (1) has a frame (2), a lid and a base (3). It is divided into two screened chambers (10, 11) by a frame part (9). The latter (9) is formed in one conductive piece with the housing frame (2). The control circuitry pcb (4) is arranged in the first chamber (10). A plug connector (8) is arranged in the second (11). The chambers (10, 11) are electromagnetically sealed by a p.c.b. (4) and the lid. Active components (5) are pressed to the frame part (9) with a component holder (15) and a spring (6) and are permanently attached. In use, the dividing frame part (9) also acts as a heat sink. ADVANTAGE - Enables quick and simple assembly and guarantees high frequency sealing.
