A multi ridged scraper (10), with a handle (19), is transversely guided across the base (4) of the dough holding body (1). The dough is pressed through holes (6) in the base of the holder so that the holes can be plugged up. A slot (8) is located on the front face (2) of the holder along the length of the face. There are guide tracks (7) above the slot and along the length of both end walls (3) of the holder. The scraper ridges (11,15) are tapered in section with the width of the bottom of the taper corresponding to the diameter of the holes. ADVANTAGE - Operates with minimal amount of pressure and shaping required.
