Said invention pertains to a building frame made of ribbed elements 1, 2 which are connected in a carrying direction in such a way that axial and transversal forces are transferred between the ribbed plate elements 1, 2. The frame is intended to be used as a roof or an independent building. The basic principle behind the invention is that the ribbed elements 1, 2 are connected by means of joints in power- transferring sheet metal fixtures 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10.
