PURPOSE:To provide the titled compsn. having excellent resistance to heat and oxidation, consisting of an olefin polymer, a tetrakis[methylene-3-(alkylthio) propionate]methane, a hindered phenol compd. and 9,10-dihydroanthracene. CONSTITUTION:0.01-3pts.wt. tetrakis[methylene-3-alkylthio)propionate[methane of the formula (wherein R is a 4-20C alkyl), 0.01-3pts.wt. hindered phenol compd. such as 1,3,5-tris-(3,5-di-tert.-butyl-4-hydroxybenzyl)-S-triazine--2,4,6(1H,3 H,5H)-trione and 0.01-3pts.wt. 9,10-dihydroanthracene are blended with 100pts. wt. olefin polymer such as 3-methylbutene-1 homopolymer. |
