Hydraulic monoblock power-assisted steering formed by a box (6), in which there is a slide fitted piston (5), which engages its geared section with the swivel segment (7), joined with the control lever (8) and through which a shaft (3) passes concentrically. On the shaft (3) there is a nut (1), slotted in the piston (5), having the nut (1) fitted eccentrically against the axis of the piston (5) and shaft (3). The nut (1) is preferably fitted in two rows of balls (4).<IMAGE>
