A plant for recovery and recycling of condensation heat consisting of a primary circuit, containing a high-pressure exchanger (1), which is joined with a steam pre-heater (2), further connected with a steam turbine (3), connected by its vent (34) to a low-pressure exchanger (4), connected to a feed pump (5), whose output is connected to the high-pressure exchanger (1). The low-pressure exchanger (4) is also connected in the secondary circuit, where it is joined to the heat pump (6) whose output is connected to the high-pressure exchanger (1), which is joined with the input of a hydraulic turbine (7) with output connected to the input of the low-pressure exchanger (4).<IMAGE>
