This unit for using high-pressure air in a high pressure chamber (10) comprises the high pressure chamber (10) with an air inlet; a hydro - air cylinder (20) with an oil pressure chamber (23) and a high pressure recharging chamber (24) divided by a piston (22) in a cylinder (21); a valve unit (30) with an inlet exhaust valve body between the high pressure chamber (10) and the hydro - air cylinder (20); an oil pressure exhaust hole on the oil pressure chamber (23) penetrating a plug (25) fixed on the hydro oil cylinder (20) and the exhaust valve body (39) fixed with a screw for letting a lower end needle (39b) penetrate the unit. The unit is useful for machine tools, machining centers, and flexibility manufacturing systems.
