In an anti-skid braking system wherein a main driving beam (1), with a whell friction plate (1a) including wheel rings (1a') on both sides, is fixed on a frame (C') or the bottom (Y) of the car body by a hinge (P), threaded parts (5b) are formed on both sides of a traverse bar (5) with joining part (5a') for friction plate on the beam and eccentric step (5a). A number of friction rollers (10) with eccentric holes (11) are inserted in the traverse bar. A cylinder (2) with a pressure sensitive switch (4) is hinged on both the car body frame and the central part of the main beam. A friction relief ring (14) and a wheel cap (13) are assembled on both ends of the traverse bar. The auxiliary braking system is placed on the rear of the rear wheels.
