PURPOSE:To easily change a program without removing a memory IC from a substrate. CONSTITUTION:A radiation detector 1 detects radioactive rays, an amplifier 2 amplifies an output signal from the radiation detector 1, and a comparator 3 converts the output signal from the amplifier 2 into a digital signal. A microcomputer 4 counts and calculates the output signal from the comparator 3 as a dosage value and displays the dosage value on a display 5. In addition the microcomputer 4 contains an electrically erasable/programmable memory part 6 for storing a program for executing functions as a dosimeter, wherein the program can be changed from an external memory writing part 8 to the memory part 6 via a connector 7.
