PURPOSE:To provide the supersonic welding and cutting method, with which large welding strength is obtained with little variability and excess film can be cut without employing an additional process. CONSTITUTION:The device in this method consists of a horn 1 and an anvil roller 2 having a knurled part 21, at the lower face of which a lower cutting flat part 23 having a sharp-edge end on a groove 22 side is provided through the groove 22 or the lower part of which is flat face equipped with a sharp edge at the end and located opposite to the horn at the upper end of the contact part of the roller 2 with the horn 1. Thus, the weld, which has large welding strength and little variability, is obtained and, in addition, excess film 6 can be cut without employing an additional process. |
