PURPOSE:To provide the subject water-based dispersion nonfoamable because of containing no surfactant, and to provide the subject paper excellent in electrical conductivity with the carbon black therein readily adsorbable to the cellulose fibers. CONSTITUTION:The objective water-based dispersion can be obtained by mixing water-floatable carbon black with water followed by forced agitation. When this dispersion is filtered to separate the water from the carbon black, the carbon black holds water at an amount >=15 times its own weight. The other objective paper can be obtained by papermaking of a mixture of the above dispersion and a water-based dispersion of cellulose fibers. |
