PURPOSE:To execute automatic ventilation by detecting the moving condition of persons at a seat or a bed in cabin. CONSTITUTION:When a person sits down, a piezo-electric element 1 arranged to a seat 11 or a bed is subject to the displacement by the movement of a human body, and the voltage is generated through the piezo-electric effect. Then, the specific frequency components of the output signal of the piezo-electric element 1 are filtered by a filter 2, amplified by an amplifying means 3, and smoothed by a smoothing means 4. Successively, comparison is made between the output signal of the smoothing means 4 and the preset value by a comparing means 5. When the output of this comparing means 5 is Hi, then, a timer is actuated, and a ventilating means is driven when the preset period of time is passed. This arrangement prevents the heat stroke or the like of infants and small children staying in a cabin e.g. in summer. |
