PURPOSE:To manufacture recording electrodes having a high accuracy at a 1ow cost while maintaining inter-electrode pitches and parallelism in a plurality of recording electrode substrates. CONSTITUTION:A recording electrode 1 is constituted in such a manner that laminates, in which driver circuit substrates 2 and printed boards 3 are connected through soldering, etc., are juxtaposed, and the driver circuit substrates 2 are connected electrically by cables 9 mutually while the printed boards 3 are laminated so that recording sections 6 inputting picture signals P53-P56 are superposed mutually. |
