PURPOSE:To satisfactorily finish a parting line of a coating part when a resin panel is molded simultaneously with the coating of the peripheral edge part thereof to prevent an occurrence of an impression or strain accompanying the ejection of the molded resin panel. CONSTITUTION:A vertically molvable slide core 9 is formed by dividing a lower mold 5 at a part corresponding to an uncoating part of a resin panel P. When a black coating material Pb is applied to the lower mold 5 by a spray gun 18, a masking jig 13 is set in a space 12 above the slide core 9 for satisfactorily finishing a parting line (b). When the molded resin panel P is to be ejected, compressed air is fed into an air eject chamber 14 to press the surface of the resin panel P in a wide range for ejecting the resin panel P. In this manner, an impression of an ejector pin or a strain is prevented from occurring. |
