PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing a clad steel plate capable imparting excellent corrosion resistance to a cladding metal and excellent strength and low temperature toughness to a base material at the same time in the manufacture of a rolled high alloy clad steel plate. CONSTITUTION:Cladding material made up of stainless steel or nickel alloy and steel base material wherein 0.02-0.06wt.%C, <=0.5wt.%Si, 1.0-1.8wt.%Mn, <=0.3wt.%P, <=0.005wt.%S, 0.008-0.15wt.%Nb, 0.005-0.03wt.%Ti, <=0.05wt.%Al, 0.002-0.006wt.%N and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities are contained, and as occasion demands, one or >=Z kinds among Ni, Cu, Cr, Mo, Ca are contained are superposed on each other and the entire periphery is welded to assemble a slag. After this slab is heated within a range of 1100-1250 deg.C, rolling is started from a temperature exceeding 1000 deg.C, the draft at <=1000 deg.C is controlled to >=3, the total draft is controlled to >=5, the rolling is completed at 900-1000 deg.C, the material is air-cooled for 30-200sec, then, it is cooled from >=750 deg.C to an arbitrary temperature below 550 deg.C at a cooling speed of 5-40 deg.C/sec, thereafter, it is cooled in the air. |
