PURPOSE:To provide a structure wherein a mount device is arranged in the vicinity of the center of gravity of an outboard motor to cope with displacement of the center of gravity thereof. CONSTITUTION:A high weight engine 2 is placed on an under cover 3A and the center of gravity of an outboard motor 1 is positioned in a height containing in the region of the under cover 3A, and a mount device 21 is contained in the under cover 3A. The mount device 21 is formed in a manner to extend in an axial direction, and the central line thereof is set to a level positioned above that of the under surface of the engine 2. |
