<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate a possibility of unnecessarily automatically stopping a molding machine and enhance the yield. CONSTITUTION:Prior to the start of molding, the number of shots for calculating a yield by an operation cycle number-of-shot setting device 5, and an arbitrary yield is set in a yield setting device 7. After the start of molding, when a counter output 2a of a total number-of-shot counter 2 coincides with a set value 5a in the operation cycle number-of-shot setting device 5, a coincidence signal 3a is issued from a cycle comparator 3, and an operation start command device 6 outputs an operation start command 6a to an operator 4. The operator 4 calculates a yield. In a yield comparator 8, the operated yield is compared with the yield set in the yield setting device 7. If the operated yield is small, a machine stop command 10a is issued to an injection molding machine 1 to stop the injection molding machine 1.</p> |
