<p>PURPOSE:To produce elastic warp knitted fabric having excellent balance of warp and weft elongation not requiring consideration of cut direction. CONSTITUTION:Elastic warp knitted fabric obtained by adopting dyeing and processing conditions not to make sinker loop of non-elastic yarn flat, satisfying the following conditions (a) and (b). The condition (a): extracting force is >=30g when elastic yarn is pulled out from warp knitted fabric having 2.5cm length at 10cm/min tensile speed. The condition (b): the shape of sinker loop of non- elastic yarn in the warp knitted fabric satisfies the following formulas (1) and (2). {L0(max)-L(min)}/L0(means)X100<15...(1). SIGMA[(L-L0}]/15X100>4...(2). L is curved length of sinker loop of non-elastic yarn corresponding to the centers of adjoining elastic yarns. L0 is corresponding straight distance.</p> |
