PURPOSE:To easily, efficiently and strongly fix terminal or lead wire to thermoplastic resin member which are exterior materials or the like of electronic components. CONSTITUTION:Between thermoplastic resin member 1, on which projected based 1A is formed, and thermoplastic resin member 2, on which recessed groove 2A is formed, metal wire 3 is arranged normal to the extending direction of the projected base 1A and the recessed groove 2A so as to be bent along the mating surface of the projected bead 1A and that of the recessed groove 2A in order to be pinched and fixed to both the members 1 and 2 by thermally fusing both the members 1 and 2. Accordingly, through very easy operation by single pressingly welding the metal wire under the condition being pinched between the thermoplastic resin members formed in the specified shapes, the metal wire can be very strongly fixed without pre-processing or the application of adhesive. The fixation is not limited by the wire diameter of the like of the metal wire. Further, even metal wire, which has already been fixed to other member, can be easily and efficiently fixed to the thermoplastic resin member at a low cost. |
