<p>PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain a solid having a definite size by controlling a vertical solidifying apparatus compressing treated matter obtained by grinding plastic under heating to melt the same and discharging the molten matter as a solid. CONSTITUTION:Treated matter is supplied to a vertical solidifying casing 1 by the supply screw 13 in a supply casing 12. The treated matter supplied into the solidifying casing 11 is pressed and compressed by a solidifying screw 20 and heated by an electric heater 21 to be melted and the molten matter is discharged as a rod-shape solid 25 from a discharge port 19 to be cut by a cutter 22. The discharge amount of the solid is measured by a detector 24 and a measuring device 30 and kept constant by controlling motors 10, 16.</p> |
