<p>PURPOSE:To improve the adhesion, heat resistance and processibility by forming a container of a multi-layer structure laminated material, for which a specified blended composition of polyamide-imide and a fluororesin is coated on the surface of a surface treated steel foil. CONSTITUTION:For the title container, a press-molding is done using a symmetrical three-layer structure laminated material, for which coating layers 3a, 3b of a resin composition consisting of polyamideimide and a fluororesin are formed on both surfaces of a surface treated steel foil 2. This resin composition is constituted by blending 60-300 pts.wt. of a fluorine resin based on 100 pts.wt. of polyamide-imide. For the fluororesin, polytetrafluoroethylene, tetrafluoroethylene/hexafluoropropylene copolymer, etc., is used. Also, the thickness of the coating layers 3a, 3b is set to be 2--20mum, and the thickness of the surface treated steel foil 2 is set to be 50-500mum. Then, a container 10 is formed by draw-forming with the coating layer 3a or 3b to be on the inner side.</p> |
