<p>PURPOSE:To improve the visibility and heat resistance of the content by a method wherein a lid is formed of a material, for which a sealant layer is formed on a base layer made of a transparent thermoplastic resin by an adhesive layer, and a collar part, which is heat-welded with the container main body, is provided, for the title lid for micro-wave oven. CONSTITUTION:For a formed lid 1, a sealant layer 6 made of polyethylene, etc. is formed on a base layer 4 made of a transparent polyethylenephthalate resin, etc., by an adhesive layer 5 made of an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, etc., and the sealant layer 6 is made to locate on the container side. Then, an annular collar part 3 is formed along the outer periphery of a disk part 2, and when the formed lid 1 is fitted on a multi-layer plastic container main body 23, the collar part 3 is heat-pressed, and the sealant layer 6 is fused, and the disk part 2 is fitted in the inner peripheral surface of the container main body 23.
