<p>PURPOSE:To provide the fishing rod reduced in the cracking of its surface caused by flexural loads, improved in the flexural strength and lightened by winding two kinds of specific prepregs in a specified state, the prepregs having different fiber-orientation directions and different resin contents, respectively. CONSTITUTION:The first prepreg 1 and the second prepreg 2 are alternately wound into the fishing rod, the first prepreg 1 being produced by impregnating a synthetic resin into a sheet in which high strength fibers 11 are paralleled in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the fishing rod, and the second prepreg being produced by paralleling high strength fibers in the longitudinal direction of the fishing rod. The first prepreg is wound in the innermost layer, and the thickness of the first prepreg is thinner than that of the second prepreg. The impregnated resin content of the second prepreg is <=55wt.%, and the impregnated resin content of the first prepreg is larger than that of the first prepreg to be <=50wt.%.</p> |
