<p>PURPOSE:To culture cells in a high density under a homogeneous culture environment for a long period by disposing at least two air inlets for supplying air into a culturing solution-circulating route disposed outside a culture tank and arbitrarily changing the circulating direction of the culturing solution. CONSTITUTION:A cell separator 5 is disposed in a communicating pipe 4 between the communicating ports 2, 3 of a culture tank 1, and a culturing solution is circulated by aeration from lower air inlets 7, 8. The air is supplied from either of the air inlets 7, 8 by the opening or closing operation of valves 11, 12 to change the circulation direction of the culturing solution, thereby circulating cells adhered and stayed on the uneven parts of the system and in the cell separator into the culture tank by the circulation flow of the culturing solution.</p> |
