PURPOSE:To identify a person himself (herself) without fail by a method wherein an identity claimant gives an answer to a ritten questionnaire composed in accordance with series received by an identifier from the identity claimant, and the questionnaire and correct answers are made different on each case of identifications in a channel where security is insufficient. CONSTITUTION:A person registers beforehand secret information consisting of subsets out of sets of Arabic numericals, hiraganas, katakanas, Chinese characters, voices, etc., that are known only to the person himself (herself) and of members of such sets with an identifier. Then the identifier makes up a written questionnaire composed of the subsets and the members of supplementary sets for the subsets regarding the sets, and presents it to an identity claimant. Then, the identity claimant sets the secret information in an area specified by the subsets in the written questionnaire and sets arbitrary members of the sets in other areas, and makes a written answer therewith. Then, the identity claimant sets the answer in the area specified by the subsets in the written questionnaire with correct secret information. Thereby the identifier identifies that the identity claiment is the person in question. Therefore, security can be kept sufficiently within the limits of complexity in normal persons' memory, claculation ability and conversation. |
