Home appliances are remotely controlled by the external telephone (dial number) and sensed for normal operation. This device includes a ring-signal rectifying section (1) for driving optic controlled devices, an input-output coupling section (4) for outputting the induced voltage to a secondary terminal, a tone-decoder and counter section (6) for amplifying the signal through passing the input-output coupling section (4), a delay relay driving section (2) and a auto-reset section (3), a transmitted power control section (7) for controlling load terminal, a load action detect section (8) for sensing action, and a melody signal generating section (9) for signalling the melody signal.
