<p>PURPOSE:To enable changing of ratio between a dust removing treatment and a deodorizing treatment corresponding to an installation spot of an air cleaner by a method wherein an element to be housed in an element housing part is provided with a connection terminal connected with a power supply terminal of a power supply means. CONSTITUTION:A casing 10 is provided with an element housing part 14 to house an element selected between an electric dust collecting element E1 and an ozone deodorizing element E2, and connection terminals T1 and T2 to connect the elements E1 and E2 housed in the element housing part 14 to power supply terminals T1 and T2 of a power supply means H. Accordingly, a single casing 10 can form either an electric dust collector or an ozone deodorizer. That is, either a dust removing treatment or a deodorizing treatment can be done, so that both of the dust collector and the ozone deodorizer can be developed and manufactured by one and the same article concept. As a result, costs for development, designing, manufacturing and the like can be reduced.</p> |
