<p>PURPOSE:To economically reduce the volume of a waste thermoplastic resin by melting while lowering the furnace wall temp. of a melting furnace and suppressing the generation of environmental pollution due to generated decomposition gas. CONSTITUTION:An object to be reduced in volume is introduced into a melting furnace 2 and primary air is introduced into the furnace 2 to ignite and burn the object to be reduced in volume and, after the temp. in the furnace reaches predetermined temp., the object to be reduced in volume is burnt at low temp. while the molten object to be reduced in volume is discharged to the outside of the melting furnace 2 while stirred by a stirring screw 14.</p> |
