PURPOSE:To mold a hollow molded product by injection molding. CONSTITUTION:A stationary mold 10, movable mold 12 and injection device 14 which is capable of injecting molten resin within a cavity C are provided. A passage 12d communicating with the cavity C is formed and passage opening and closing valves 12a, 38 capable of opening and closing the passage 12d are provided in the movable mold 12. The movable mold 12 is provided with a passage member 44 so that the same is communicated with its passage 12d. A passage forked into two branches is formed and a pump 26, pressure reducing valve 28 and heataer 48 are provided in the passage member 44. The pump 26 is joined to one side passage 44a of the passage member 44, the reducing valve 28 is joined to the other side passage 44b of the passage member 44 and the heater 48 is fitted to an outer circumferential part of the passage member 44. A suction port of the pump 26 and the other port of the pressure reducing valve 28 are joined respectively to a tank 32 into which water is put. |
