PURPOSE:To provide a thin and miniaturized title device without deteriorating the heat-exchanging capacity. CONSTITUTION:An impeller 2 with blade 2a either on both sides or one side of a disc and a heating substance 1 for heat exchanging installed adjacent and opposite to the side with blade 2a of the impeller 2 are provided to cause a stabilizer 3 installed adjacent to the periphery of the impeller 2 to produce a bound current when the impeller 2 rotates, and a rear guider 4 which makes a blowoff air course 5 along with the stabilizer 3 to blow out a crossing air current induced around the bound current. |
